Our Muskoka chairs are built to order from 100% recycled HDPE at our factory in Ontario, Canada. To arrange a return, open a ticket and we will send you return instructions in writing.

Shipping & delivery

We keep boards in every colour, not finished chairs; each chair is built to your order. Delivery takes approximately 3–6 weeks — your personal delivery window is confirmed with you before your chair is built, and shown on your tracking page. Delivery is free and included in the price shown. Each chair arrives flat-packed in its own carton with all hardware and instructions included, and takes about 20 minutes to assemble. You'll get an email at every stage, and your order is trackable online 24/7 with your order number and email.

Returns & refunds

Before shipping: cancel any time for a 100% refund of everything you've paid — no questions asked.

After delivery: you have 30 days from the day your chair arrives to request a return for a full refund. Open a ticket first so we can arrange the pickup — we book it and pay the return shipping, and there is no restocking fee.

Warranty: every chair is covered against defects in the material, the joinery, the moulded-through colour and the stainless steel hardware — 20 years in a home, 5 years in commercial use, from the day it is delivered. Full details: the Greens.ly Warranty.

Payments, currency & refunds

Orders are paid in full at checkout — securely by card or Apple Pay through our payment partner Whop, or through the secure link we send you. We never see or store card details. There are no deposits, part-payments, or later balances: one payment, and it is 100% refundable any time before your chair ships. Cancel before shipping and you get a full refund.

Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay.

Currency: prices are shown and charged in Canadian dollars (CAD), the currency of the store you are shopping in. Sales tax is added at checkout once you enter your address. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank sets the conversion rate and may add its own fee.

Refunds are always credited to the original payment method used for the order — we cannot pay a refund to a different card, account or person. Refunds are issued within 2 business days of approval and typically reach your statement in 5–10 business days.

Security: the whole site runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection and card details are entered directly into our PCI-compliant payment partners' hosted fields, never into our own servers.

Privacy

We collect only what an order needs: your name, email and delivery address. It's used to build, deliver and support your chair order — nothing else. We don't sell or share your details with anyone outside order fulfilment. Want your data deleted after your warranty period? Email … and it's done.

Cookies

The store itself sets no advertising cookies; when our ad campaigns run, Google and Meta measurement tags may set cookies as described in the Privacy Policy. Your browser stores only what the store needs to function: your recent order number (so the tracking page can greet you) and your chair configuration — finish, quantity and add-ons — during checkout.

Terms of sale

Prices are locked at purchase and paid in full at checkout. We keep boards in every colour, not finished chairs, and build each chair to your order — customisation and fulfilment take approximately 3–6 weeks, never days. Your personal delivery window is confirmed with you in writing by email before your chair is built. Delivery windows are best-faith estimates communicated at order time; if production delays your order by more than 3 weeks past the estimate, you may cancel for a full refund. The colour is moulded through the material rather than applied as a surface finish.
