Where we deliver
Delivered across Canada from our Ontario factory.
- Every province and territory, from Vancouver Island to Newfoundland.
- No customs, no duty, no brokerage — your chair never leaves the country.
- A street address, please — we cannot deliver to a PO box.
- Somewhere remote or fly-in? Ask us before you order and we will price it honestly.
Why it takes 3–6 weeks
We do not hold finished chairs in a warehouse. When you order, your colour goes into the build queue at our Ontario factory: the boards are cut, drilled and bolted with stainless steel, checked against the colour sample, and packed flat. That is the wait, and it is the reason the chair is the colour you chose rather than the one that happened to be in stock.
Ordering as a gift or for a date? Tell us when you need it and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it before you pay.
On the day
- It arrives by courier, to your door or the curb.
- You do not need to be home. The box is about 40 lb and one person can carry it in.
- You get tracking by email the moment it leaves the factory, and an email at every stage before that.
- If the box looks damaged, take a photo and send it to us. We replace the part or the chair — you never ship anything back.
