From workshop to your porch

Every chair is built to order, and every order moves through five tracked stages. Look yours up above to see exactly where it is.

Confirmed Your price and colour are locked, and your build slot is reserved.
In production Your chair is cut, drilled, bolted, checked and packed to your order — about 3–6 weeks from order to your door.
Quality check Every board is checked against the colour sample, then every joint, slat and stainless fastener is inspected before packing.
Shipped Packed and handed to the carrier with tracking. Your delivery window is confirmed with you before your chair ships.
Delivered Your chair ships flat with the hardware inside — about 20 minutes to assemble.
