The Harbour Grey Muskoka chair

A mid grey with a little green in it, named for the water at a harbour wall on an overcast morning.

The Classic Muskoka Chair, ottoman and side table in Harbour Grey

Harbour Grey is the colour weathered cedar turns into after about five years — the silvered driftwood tone that people either spend money trying to achieve or spend money trying to stop. Here it is fixed, deliberately, from day one: the driftwood look without the splinters.

It has a touch of green in it, which is what keeps it from looking like concrete. On a dock it belongs to the water; on a stone patio it belongs to the stone; against white siding it is the coastal look in one piece of furniture. It is the most "expensive-looking" colour in the range, in the way that anything restrained tends to be.

It stays cool in the sun, hides dust, and takes a coloured cushion better than any other neutral we make.

Questions

Is Harbour Grey warm or cool?

Cool, with a little green. It sits between Light Grey and Dark Grey and is the closest thing to naturally weathered cedar.
