- Are the screws stainless? Ours: yes, every one. "Rust-resistant" means plated.
- Is the colour through the board or on it? Ours: through. Scratch a hidden edge; white means coated.
- Where is it made? Ours: our own factory in Ontario, to order.
- How long is the warranty? Ours: 20 years residential, 5 commercial.
- Who pays return shipping? Ours: we do, for 30 days after delivery.
- Can I cancel? Ours: free, any time before it goes into production.
- Is delivery included? Ours: yes, anywhere in Canada.
