The 5 most common Muskoka chair complaints, and which are our fault
Five complaints. Two are the chair being what it is. Two are ours. One is the sun.
- "It's hard to get out of." The chair. It reclines; the arms are the handles. How. A cushion helps knees.
- "The black one gets hot." The sun. Every dark outdoor surface does. Pale colours for all-day sun; we say so on every dark colour page.
- "It's heavy to move for the mower." The chair, on purpose. It is why it is not in the lake.
- "It took five weeks." Us. Built to order in Ontario means about 3–6 weeks, and we should have said the longer end louder. We email when it is packed and when it ships.
- "A board arrived scuffed." Us, or the truck. Email the board letter; a new one ships that week, nothing goes back.
