What the 20-year warranty actually covers
Twenty years on the material. Here is what that means and does not mean.
Covered
For twenty years from delivery, in residential use: the boards cracking, splintering, peeling, delaminating or rotting; the frame failing structurally under normal use; the hardware rusting. If any of that happens we replace the part or the chair.
Not covered
Scratches, scuffs and marks from use. Ember marks. The slow, even shift in color that any outdoor material shows over many years. Damage from a fire, a vehicle, a tree, or a solvent. Chairs left in a lake.
Commercial
Five years, same terms, on the same chair; a resort chair is sat in twenty times a day.
How a claim works
Email a photo and your order number. We send the board or the chair. There is no form, no registration, and nothing to send back. The people who made it are the people who answer.
