- Where is it made? Ours: our own factory in Texas, to order.
- How long is the warranty? Ours: 20 years residential, 5 commercial.
- Who pays return shipping? Ours: we do, for 30 days after delivery.
- Can I cancel? Ours: free, any time before it goes into production.
- Is delivery included? Ours: yes, anywhere in the lower 48 states.
