Built to order
When you order, your chair goes into the build queue in your color. That takes most of the lead time; the truck takes the rest. About 3–6 weeks is honest; we email you when it is packed and again when it ships, with tracking.
What arrives
One flat carton per chair, about 38 by 28 by 10 inches and 40 lb, with every board, the stainless hardware, the key and the sheet. Ottomans and tables come in their own smaller cartons. Assembly takes about twenty minutes.
Curbside
Delivery is to the door or the curb; the carton is light enough for one person to carry in. Apartment and condo deliveries go to the lobby or the parcel room.
Free
Delivery is included in the price anywhere in the lower 48 states. There is no shipping line at checkout and no surprise at the door.
If it arrives marked
Email us the board letter and a photo. A replacement board ships the same week from Texas; nothing goes back.
Cancel, return
Cancel free any time before the chair goes into production. Thirty days after it arrives to return it, with the return shipping on us. The policy, in full.
